About us

Our community

Northern Mallee Leaders is powered by community, built by connection, and backed by local belief. Our region is better because so many have shown up to lead, teach, support, and walk beside us.

Over the years, hundreds of local businesses, guest speakers, facilitators, committee members, and staff have helped shape who we are – contributing their stories, skills and wisdom to help educate, inspire and connect emerging leaders. With over 50 speakers each year and over 270 Alumni, our flagship program is a living, breathing tapestry of the Northern Mallee.

From generous sponsors to passionate volunteers, every person who’s been part of NML has helped forge a pathway for others. That’s the power of community – we grow because we grow each other.
