About us
Overview
Northern Mallee Leaders (NML) is more than a leadership program – it’s a community movement. Rooted in the north-west of Victoria and southern NSW, NML Inc. builds capacity and capability where it matters most: in our people.
Through immersive experiences, storytelling, and connection, we develop individuals ready to lead in business, government, and community life.
What makes NML different? We’re locally driven – by locals, for locals, with locals. Our Alumni are deeply connected and seek a stronger voice in shaping workplaces, organisations, and the wider region. Together, we are growing the leaders of tomorrow – equipped not just with knowledge, but with purpose, courage, and community at heart.
Our Vision: Transformational leadership across the Northern Mallee.
Our mission is simple but powerful: developing people in active leadership roles that strengthen our workplaces, organisations, and region.
