Leadership Program

Alumni

Once you graduate from NMLP, you’re part of something bigger. Our alumni network includes over 285 leaders from all sectors – farmers, educators, volunteers, creatives, business owners, CEOs, councillors, and more.

They go on to serve on boards, run businesses, lead change, and create projects that transform our region. Many return to NML to mentor, speak, partner, or sponsor.

As an NML graduate, you don’t just gain a certificate – you gain a tribe. A network of leaders who’ve walked the same path, faced the same challenges, and still believe in backing the Northern Mallee, together.
