Leadership Program
Community projects
NMLP participants don’t just talk about leadership – they learn it, practice it and live it. Every participant works in a team to design and pitch a real community project that responds to local needs and priorities.
These projects are a core part of the learning experience – bringing theory to life through hands-on action. Participants collaborate, plan, engage stakeholders, and deliver a pitch to a review panel. It's where leadership is practiced in real time.
Many of these projects continue beyond the program, becoming active initiatives that create lasting change in the community. They leave behind a legacy of impact – making the Northern Mallee a stronger, more connected, and better place for all.
This is leadership with purpose. Learning by doing. And change driven by people who care.
