Leadership Program

Overview

The Northern Mallee Leaders Program (NMLP) is a transformational nine-month journey into community, leadership, purpose, and connection. It’s designed for people who care about where they live and want to make a real positive impact.

More than a course, NMLP is an immersive experience – grounded in community, delivered across the region, and built to grow confident, capable, and connected leaders. You’ll meet inspiring locals, tackle big issues, learn by doing, and lead a real-world community project with long-term impact.

Across the Northern Mallee and our border lying regions of VIC and NSW, the program offers insights into what’s shaping our region – and how you can help lead it forward. Whether you’re driven by connections and discovery of community, personal growth, professional development, or a passion for your town, NMLP is for you.
